Holt Plumbing is mostly a service-oriented company that serves residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We offer competitive pay, minimum pay per job, and we do not train or force our technicians into a sales role. We like to do honest work and charge the customer for only what they need. We offer 24/7 emergency service and have spots available to join our on call rotation. Overtime/emergency work is paid at time and a half, it is easy to make a decent living at Holt Plumbing while doing honest work. Technicians on our on-call rotation have three weekends off most months, in addition to two week days off when they are scheduled to work their weekend. We understand everyone has a personal life and needs time to rest. We have a solid team and are actively looking for qualified individuals to grow with us. A valid driver’s license is required for this position in most cases.
